I’m Destiny Gresham, known affectionately as Des. With a background in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Science Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Georgia State University (GSU), I am a Chef, Nutritionist, and Registered Yoga Teacher.
My passion for cooking started with my grandmother, who taught me to appreciate food's role in family and community. Currently, I teach nutrition and cooking at GSU, aiming to make healthy eating fun and accessible.
Based in Atlanta, I am dedicated to leveraging food and nutrition to serve and uplift my community. Through dynamic recipes and engaging food demonstrations, I advocate for holistic health with the mantra "Eat the Rainbow."
Yoga is my personal escape, and I encourage my clients to find that same feeling, guiding them towards a deeper connection with their bodies, minds, and spirits.
During leisure moments, I explore new culinary experiences, deepen my yoga practice, or delve into diverse hobbies such as pottery and kickboxing.
